I’ve been a physical therapist for over 20 years, and in that time, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of pediatric settings, from outpatient therapy at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, to inpatient rehabilitation, acute hospital care, home health, specialty clinics, and research studies such as the DRIVE and ACHIEVE studies in collaboration with The Ohio State University, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and the National Institutes of Health.

In addition to my professional journey, I’m blessed to be a mom to two amazing girls, Rhyan and Reagan, a dog mom to Iris, and an aunt to five wonderful nieces and nephews. Through my work, I’ve had the honor of building lasting relationships with families and children across Ohio and even in Yucatan, Mexico.

After years of evaluating and treating kids and working closely with their families, I knew I wanted to offer something more—a personalized, in-home intensive physical therapy practice. I saw firsthand the incredible progress these children made in a shorter period of time compared to the standard care they were receiving in clinic settings. While I deeply respect what outpatient clinics offer, I was often frustrated with the challenge of trying to recreate a home environment in a clinic. Kids respond better when they are using actual equipment in the spaces where they live and play every day. Plus, working with caregivers and the children’s friends—those who interact with them daily—adds even more value.

The real progress happens after therapy sessions end. It’s in those daily, functional activities—play, interaction, and practice—that kids truly begin to thrive. That’s where the magic happens, and I’m passionate about supporting this process. As a Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level B provider, I’m excited to integrate these advanced treatment techniques into my practice. I’m also continuously pursuing further education and training, including working with Susan Hastings and Pia Stampe, to expand my knowledge and expertise in the use of electrical stimulation and spinal stimulation to support my patients’ progress.

Most of all, I believe the key to success is ensuring the child’s village—family, friends, and caregivers—is fully involved in the process to support their continued growth.

I’m committed to working closely with you and your child to focus on what’s most important to your family’s goals and needs.
